Homes located in the HOA pay a monthly fee ranging from $838.30/mo up to $895.50/mo depending on the size of the home and includes the following:

• Exterior painting of the home
• All gardening (front yard, courtyard, & backyard)
• All tree trimming
• Pest control
• Roof maintenance (except skylights)
• High speed FIOS internet
• Expanded Cable TV
• 24 hour roving security
• Guard-gated entrance
• Trash pick up
• 37 pools/spas maintenance & heating
• Earthquake insurance on structure
• Fire Insurance on structure

Homes located in the HOA monthly fees vary depending on the model of the home:

• Acacias: $838.30/mo
• Palo Verdes: $876.45/mo
• Smoketrees: $895.50/mo
• Mesquites: $866.90/mo

Homes located in the PUD pay $485/month no matter the size of the home, and include the following:

• High speed FIOS internet
• Expanded Cable
• Trash pick up
